🙏 A Quick Thank You Before anything else, thank you to everyone using FleekDash, reporting issues, suggesting improvements, and sharing honest feedback. That constant back-and-forth is what keeps the product moving in the right direction. Every bug report, every feature request, every “this could be smoother” directly influences what we build next. We don’t take that lightly. 🔄 Updates Are Frequent, and That’s Intentional If you’ve been following FleekDash V2, you’ve probably noticed one thing: we release often. 2.2.7 (Jan 07) – Tabs navigation performance improvements 2.2.8 (Jan 19) – Search, Command Palette & Fullscreen overhaul 2.2.9 (Jan 24) – Admin Bar enhancements, migration & URL parameter fixes 2.3.0 (Feb 13) – Menu & Admin Bar improvements, post duplication, demo mode, migration fixes 2.3.1 (Feb 19) – Plugins grid reliability, items-per-page persistence, menu root-cause fixes We believe in iterative delivery. Smaller, focused releases mean: Bugs get fixed faster Features land incrementally You’re not waiting months for improvements Each release carries less risk The goal is steady, predictable improvement, not big, disruptive drops that create more problems than they solve. 🎯 We Want to Leave Beta, But We Won’t Force It FleekDash V2 is still in beta. Yes, we want to reach a stable 1.0 (or equivalent) as soon as possible. But we won’t rush it. Quality Over Deadlines We fix root causes, not surface symptoms. Shipping a “stable” tag just to hit a date would trade long-term trust for short-term optics. We’d rather release a few more beta iterations and get it right. Feedback Is Part of the Product The beta phase is where we learn the most. Real users, real environments, real edge cases. Leaving beta too early would cut short the feedback loop that’s actively improving the product for everyone. Technical Debt Is Expensive Rushing leads to shortcuts. Shortcuts become technical debt. Technical debt slows development and increases regressions. We’d rather invest the time now so future updates stay fast and reliable. No Artificial Milestones We’re not chasing a random “beta exit” date. We’re chasing a product that feels solid, predictable, and truly production-ready. When the beta label disappears, it will mean we’re confident, not that the calendar told us to. ✅ Yes, It’s Beta. And Yes, It’s Safe for Production 💪 Here’s the important part: even with the beta label, FleekDash V2 is safe to use in production. We already have hundreds of users running V2 on real websites, agencies, freelancers, content teams, and businesses. It’s powering real workflows, real content, and real client projects. Why We’re Confident Frequent, focused updates: Issues get addressed quickly. Root-cause fixes: We solve underlying problems, not just patch symptoms. Real-world validation: Hundreds of production installs continuously test the system. Graceful fallbacks: When something fails, it degrades instead of crashing. Daily usage of critical flows: Auth, menu, grids, and search are exercised constantly. Our Commitment We do not ship known critical bugs. We fix regressions fast. We communicate clearly when something changes or breaks. The beta label reflects ongoing evolution, not instability or lack of testing. ✨ What's New in 2.3.0 and 2.3.1 Here’s a consolidated recap of this cycle. Version 2.3.0 (February 13, 2026) Menu & Admin Bar Enhancements Improved overall menu stability and search behavior Refactored sidebar menu for better consistency and reduced instability Fixed auto-hide issues in the Admin Bar Introduced bottom position option for the Admin Bar Integrated Rank Math for improved compatibility New Functional Additions Save page mode state on Posts, Pages, and Plugins Implemented post duplication endpoint and functionality Enabled demo mode in login settings Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements Fixed “Duplicate foreign key constraint” errors during database migrations Improved migration error handling Resolved auto-hide behavior inconsistencies Enhanced admin bar compensation and padding resets in iframe contexts Performance & Internal Improvements Removed unused API calls Improved stability around migrations and state persistence General internal refinements to reduce edge-case failures Version 2.3.1 (February 19, 2026) Plugins Grid – Update Badge Reliability Immediate visual feedback after updating a plugin Badge always fetches the latest update info when opening the Plugins page No full page refresh required to see the correct status Dashboard Grids – Items Per Page Persistence Users, Posts, and Comments grids remember your preferred items-per-page setting Hover effects added to the page size selector for clearer feedback Fixed issue where the setting would reset to default Menu Random Refresh & Missing Items, Root Cause Fixes Prevented SidebarMenu remount when toggling auto-hide Guard added against empty responses overwriting valid cached menus Polling safety improvements to prevent partial or empty responses from corrupting the menu Cache invalidation API alignment for reliable useMenuCacheInvalidation behavior 🚀 What’s Next We’ll keep shipping frequent updates, listening closely to feedback, and fixing root causes. When FleekDash consistently meets our internal bar for stability, predictability, and polish, we’ll remove the beta label, without cutting corners. Until then, thanks for building this with us. Your trust and feedback genuinely matter. Try FleekDash V2: https://fleekdash.com

After months of rebuilding from scratch, we’re excited to announce that FleekDash V2 is officially live in beta, and ready for testing! This isn’t just a small update, it’s a full redesign with a new interface, faster performance, and some powerful new features already in place (with a lot more coming soon). We’ve added things like: A smarter layout system AI Assistant (simple for now, but it's just the beginning!) And a bunch of under-the-hood improvements You can already try it instantly via our Live Demo — no install needed. Why a Beta, Not an Automatic Update? Because this is a pre-beta version, we’re not pushing it as an automatic update yet. Some users are already testing it, but for production sites, we recommend holding off just a bit longer. We want to make sure nothing breaks for current users — especially those using V1 with clients. That’s why V2 is running in parallel, and: V1 will continue to receive bug fixes and support V2 will keep evolving with new features and improvements Several users have mentioned they want to keep both versions — for different client needs — so we’ll support that setup long-term. Want Early Access? To test the beta version before the official stable release, simply log in to your account and download the latest version. Otherwise, just hang tight, the official stable release with automatic update is coming in just a couple of days. No action needed — you’ll get it right inside your WordPress dashboard. Thanks to everyone who’s been part of this journey. Your feedback is helping shape the future of FleekDash!

While FleekDash v2 is still cooking in the development oven, we’re excited to share some awesome upgrades to FleekDash V1! The latest update brings smarter image detection and performance boosts, while fixing tons of bugs, making managing your WordPress content smoother and more efficient than ever. 💡 Smart Thumb-Image Detection Have you ever added images to your posts, only to find their thumbnails don’t show up in your FleekDash admin table content listings? We've solved this problem with a new Smart Image Detection system. The Content Grid now intelligently finds and displays images from multiple sources in your posts—following a smart priority sequence, with visual colored indicators. 🔵 Logo Images (L): Custom logo images set in post metadata 🟢 Featured Images (F): Your manually set featured/thumbnail images 🟠 Attached Images (A): Images directly attached to your posts 🟣 Content Images (C): Images embedded within your post content ⚪ Placeholders (P): Default placeholder when no images are found Each image type is clearly marked with a small colored badge in the corner, making it easy to see where your visuals come from. TIP: Hover over any image to see a helpful tooltip explaining its source! 🔎 Search by ID: Find Posts Instantly We've also added the ability to search posts directly by ID! Simply type a post number in the search box, and the grid will immediately locate that specific post. This is perfect for quickly finding posts, pages and custom post types when you have the ID from reports or URLs. 🔥 Performance Optimizations While adding these powerful features, we've also implemented sophisticated performance optimizations to ensure your admin experience remains lightning-fast: Advanced Caching System • Dedicated Image Cache: Images are now cached separately for 24 hours • Two-Tier Caching: Utilizes both fast memory cache and persistent storage • Intelligent Cache Clearing: Cache automatically refreshes when you update posts or images Smart Processing • Limited Content Scanning: For large posts, only the first 10,000 characters are analyzed • Progressive Loading: The system checks sources in order of processing cost • Cached Results: After the first view, image detection results are served from cache PS: If your site is small, you might not notice a significant performance difference. The real impact is noticeable for users with thousands of posts and intensive management. 🦐Bug Fixes and Compatibility Improvements Enhanced: Improved Gutenberg Styling with a sleek new top bar that better aligns with the FleekDash UI style. Improved: Woodmart Compatibility for full-screen Gutenberg block Enhanced: SEOPress Compatibility to avoid layout or behavior issues. Enhanced: Full compatibility with the new Voxel 1.6. Enhanced: Compatibility with the latest version of Voxel Addons EA4V. Enhanced: Widget Style Isolation from external theme styles to prevent design clashes. Fixed: Some Gutenberg editor blocks were flattened in older themes. This issue has been resolved, but may require broader testing. Fixed: Gallery Modal Styling issues for consistent presentation. Fixed: Woodmart Compatibility for full-screen Gutenberg block. Fixed: Various minor bug fixes and code cleanups for a more stable experience. How to Get This Update You can get these updates by directly updating your FleekDash plugin through your WordPress dashboard. Make sure you have a valid FleekDash license. The updates are automatically enabled in your Content Grid—no configuration needed! Simply visit any post listing page to experience the enhanced Content Grid with all these new capabilities. We're continuously striving to make FleekDash the most efficient and user-friendly platform for managing your WordPress content. We'd love to hear your feedback on our latest features! Let us know in the comments below. ❤️ And what about FleekDash V2? The long-awaited ( and delayed 😅 ) next generation version of FleekDash is getting closer. We’ve made significant progress on the rebuild, and we’re more excited than ever about what we’re creating. We can’t wait to show it to you. Let’s be honest — the default WordPress admin experience slows you down. Cluttered UI, conflicting styles, and loading times that make you want to close the tab. We're building FleekDash v2 to change all that, and we're excited to share what's coming. ✨ Say hello to FleekDash Workspaces We’ve gone back to the drawing board to rebuild our foundation — faster, leaner, more stable. That reset opened the door to something we’ve always dreamed of building: A smarter, multitask-friendly environment inside your WordPress admin. Workspaces let you juggle tasks like a pro — open, minimize, maximize, and even save your windows to pick up exactly where you left off. Need full focus? Hit a shortcut and boom — full-screen focus mode. Want to jump between tasks? Just bring your saved window back instantly. No more tab chaos. Just a clean, keyboard-powered flow. You’ll feel it the first time you use it. See it working 👇🏻. 🤖 AI Chat – Always on, never lost We’ve baked AI deeper into your workflow — and made sure it sticks around. Now, you can chat with your AI assistant while clicking around FleekDash without losing context. Navigate, switch windows, load pages, even minimize and bring it back later — your AI chat remains right where you left it. 🎯 Pixel-perfect, conflict-free design Dealing with conflict styling issues in the current version? They're gone with v2. In FleekDash v2, every window runs in its own isolated styling zone. That means FleekDash won’t break the design of your other plugins — and they won’t mess with ours either. We’re also introducing a brand-new theme engine. That means you can switch between beautiful, ready-made themes in seconds — or even build your own. 🖌️ This preview showcases the standard default theme. In the next updates, you’ll see more live including: A fresh minimal theme for distraction-free focus The vibrant theme we introduced earlier for advanced users. And yes… a nostalgic "FleekDash Classic" theme, as a tribute to version 1 that so many of you already love ❤️ This is just the beginning. Let us know what you think. Comments, ideas, love letters, all welcome. 🚀 How to get FleekDash If you believe in what we’re building and want to support the project early, you can grab the lifetime deal now using code: LTDHUNT50 This gives you access to version 1 plus all future updates, including v2 when it drops. ✨ Bonus: You’ll get 30 days to try FleekDash v1, and once v2 launches, you’ll receive an extra 30-day trial window to explore everything the new version brings. ⚠️ This coupon and offer is only valid until v2 is officially launched. 👉 Claim your LTD now Stay fleek, The FleekDash Team ✌️

Hey folks 👋 just wanted to give a quick update on what's happening behind the scenes. As you might've noticed, we had to push back the release of FleekDash v2 a bit. The reason? Performance. We’ve been testing v2 with a few early users, and while it’s already using a more modern React-based setup, it didn’t quite pass the performance benchmarks we’re aiming for. And since speed is one of the main reasons people love FleekDash, launching without that just doesn’t feel right. The version we tested used Redis and WP Transients (same as the current version, which is already pretty fast), but just updating the codebase wasn’t enough. So now, we're restructuring things under the hood—building an automatic indexing system that should load everything in milliseconds. That’s the kind of performance we want to deliver. We’ve been quiet lately, but that’s because all focus has been on v2. Instead of rushing to release just to check a box, we chose to take a step back and rethink key parts of the architecture. The current build works, but not as well as it could. And we believe what makes FleekDash stand out is not just how it looks, but how it performs. We're not here to launch fast and patch later. We’re here to build something solid, consistent, and ready for the long run. Thanks for your patience :) we’re getting there, and it’s going to be worth it.
